Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how monthly subscriptions renew, how to cancel, and when a payment may qualify for a refund.
Effective August 23, 2026
Monthly subscriptions
Bettereact plans are billed monthly at the price displayed on our website and during checkout. A subscription automatically renews each month until it is cancelled. Taxes, invoice details, and the final amount are shown at checkout by our Merchant of Record.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time through the self-service billing portal available from your Bettereact billing settings. If you cannot access the portal, email contact@bettereact.com from the address associated with your account.
Unless the billing portal states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain paid access until that date, and the subscription will not renew. There is no separate cancellation fee.
First-payment refund
Your first subscription payment may qualify for a refund if you contact us within seven calendar days of the charge and no campaign has been launched from the workspace. This first-payment provision applies once per customer and workspace.
Renewals and used subscriptions
Renewal payments and billing periods in which a campaign has already been launched are generally non-refundable because digital access, sending capacity, and service resources are made available immediately. Cancelling stops future renewal but does not normally create a prorated refund for the remaining days in the current period.
Billing errors and service problems
We will review requests involving duplicate or incorrect charges, an unauthorized transaction, or a material service failure caused by Bettereact. Nothing in this policy limits refunds or remedies required by applicable law.
Requesting a refund
Email contact@bettereact.com with your account email, transaction or invoice ID, charge date, and reason for the request. Do not send card numbers or sensitive banking credentials.
We aim to review complete requests within five business days. If approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls how long the credit takes to appear after it is issued.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first if you do not recognize a charge or believe a billing mistake occurred. This gives us an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue quickly, without limiting your rights with your payment provider.
