This starter policy must be reviewed and adapted before public launch. The service processes account information, uploaded video, derived transcripts, generated clips and billing identifiers in order to provide the product.

Source videos and generated media are stored only for product operation and are not sold. Third-party infrastructure may include object storage, OpenAI for transcription/clip analysis, Dodo Payments for billing, Vercel for the frontend and DigitalOcean for backend infrastructure.

Before launch, add your legal entity, retention period, support contact, subprocessor list, deletion process and applicable data-protection terms.
