Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Bettereact, including its contact, campaign, email, conversation, CRM, AI, and billing features.
Effective August 23, 2026
Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Bettereact, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business or organization using the service.
The service
Bettereact is a hosted SaaS platform that helps businesses re-engage their own dormant leads, generate email follow-ups, manage campaign replies, and track outcomes. Features and limits depend on the plan shown on our website and during checkout.
Creating and configuring a workspace may be available without charge. An active paid subscription is required before launching paid outbound campaign actions.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting access to your account, and all activity performed through your workspace. Notify us promptly at contact@bettereact.com if you believe your account or an integration credential has been compromised.
Permission-based outreach
You may contact only people who previously engaged with your business or otherwise validly opted in. Purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, or unsolicited lists are prohibited. You must provide truthful sender information and promptly honor opt-outs, complaints, suppression requests, and all laws that apply to your business and recipients.
Prohibited conduct
You must not use Bettereact for spam, deception, impersonation, harassment, malware, unlawful or restricted products, privacy violations, misleading claims, or attempts to bypass sending safeguards, provider restrictions, rate limits, subscription limits, or security controls.
We may pause campaigns, restrict sending, suspend integrations, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect recipients, providers, Bettereact, or the public.
AI-generated content
AI-generated messages and classifications may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You control the audience, campaign brief, claims, and offer and are responsible for reviewing content before use. Bettereact does not guarantee replies, sales, recovered revenue, or any particular business outcome.
Third-party services
Optional integrations such as Gmail, HubSpot, and GoHighLevel remain governed by the relevant provider’s terms. Bettereact depends on third-party cloud, email, AI, authentication, CRM, and payment services and is not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, or decisions made by those providers.
Subscriptions, billing, and taxes
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Prices, billing intervals, plan limits, and applicable taxes are displayed on our website or at checkout before purchase. Dodo Payments acts as the Merchant of Record for eligible purchases and may process payments, invoices, taxes, refunds, and billing-related communications.
You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the initial purchase and recurring renewals until cancellation. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in restricted or suspended paid access.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel through the self-service billing portal. Unless otherwise shown there, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents the next renewal. We do not charge a separate cancellation fee.
Refund eligibility and the request process are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Customer content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of contact data, campaign instructions, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited right to process that content only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Bettereact and its software, interface, branding, documentation, and underlying technology remain owned by the service operator and licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
Service availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid for Bettereact during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update the service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
